In this Fireside Chat, we'll be bringing in Tré Wright (they/them). With fifteen years of experience at Netflix, Tré played a pivotal role in the company's transformation from physical to digital, domestic to global, and distributor to content creator. As an HR leader, Tré was instrumental in creating a more inclusive culture, including founding three ERGs and building out the program to start them, advocating for equitable benefits, and spearheading the establishment of the Inclusion team.
