Week 2: Mastering ERG Leadership
Week 2's session covers the first half of the ERG Engagement Matrix. You'll learn everything from creating the "Always on" assets for engaging your group to influencing those around you to pitch in and lend a hand.
Week 3: Unlocking ERG Potential
Unlock your ERG's potential through impactful initiatives. Create and execute both foundational and advanced efforts across events, CSR, and more. Learn strategies for successful implementation, fostering inclusivity, and balancing professional development.
Week 4: The Success Schema
In our fourth session of the core curriculum we covered the Success Schema, which details the qualitative and quantitative ways to think about success for yourself, for your group, and for your company.
